Great goals, and YES! they are achievable with a little help from your friends, and hey, you already have 2,500 of 'em :O)

I will, as usual, continue to spread the Buzz Word across the known universe by all the means available to me, and a few extra I am sure I can think up along the way.

If I were creating the list of goals, there might be a subcategory under users called "active users." One of the first things I noticed about the Buzz when I started using it was that there are quite a few profile pages, but only a very small percentage of those users appear to be "active." Maybe that's just my perception. You would know the reality better than I do as you have access to the real data. So, I would probably create a subcategory called "active users," and find a way to measure that, quantify it, define it. Then I would create a goal for active users and try to figure out ways to raise that number. I'm not sure how helpful this suggestion is. You're probably already thinking about this, and it's probably included in your Unique Visits and Page Views goals. But, in my mind at least, there is an important distinction to be made between users and active users. And for that reason, I would probably include that category among my goals.

I'm wondering if maybe along with 5 things you want to do, you should have a list of goals NOT to accomplish. What's happened to a lot of sites like this one has been that either Admin has severely screwed something up and alienated users, or they've dropped out of sight, leaving the users hanging with no explanation or indication if the disappearance is temporary or permanent. What's worse, they've simply pulled all user support to boot, leaving users hanging.
